Seven years ago I came up with an idea that would benefit automobile drivers at night. A friend of mine directed me to some one for design assistance and I was told it was not possible to bring my idea to reality. The idea never left me and in December of last year I was reading a magazine and ran across and ad for Harshaw Research. I figured I had nothing to lose by contacting them so I did. The S.E.L.L. came back and I was blown away with the results. We then proceeded to step two, Patent Search and found nothing like my idea under patent. Again, I was blown away. Now the doubt really set in. How can anyone bring my idea to Life? After countless discussions with Harshaw, I am sure they were tired of all of my questions and time wasted answering them, we arrived at the design stage and a finished product. I had already agreed to pay for the patent. We are now in the Patent Application stage, waiting for Patent Office to approval. Not knowing anything about Harshaw, I spent many hours checking into them. I found no areas to be concerned with and through my dealings with them, I can say they are Professional, Honest, and have a great team through out the organization. I am grateful for what they have done for me, the manner in which they conducted themselves and of course for bringing my idea to reality. I would and do recommend their services to anyone with a viable idea. They will do their best to see it too becomes reality. I found and read Harshaw Research’s web site, and quickly decided to contact them with a phone call. From the first call to the last correspondence it has only been a pleasure to work with the people at Harshaw! They have been nothing but respectful, efficient and very helpful. This was the first prototype I have had made in the U.S., so the experience could easily have become intimidating. I was reassured that everything would go fine, and that my drawings were absolutely good enough for the group to work with. The final drawings and the prototype were received here at my address within two months form I contacted them. As one of the parts were broken by the shipping, they quickly replaced it with another shipment.
